About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing product and engineering team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behaviour, and can translate complex requirements into clear and usable experiences while working closely with engineers and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, backend engineers, and product managers.

Ensure consistency in visual design, typography, spacing, and component usage across platforms.

Conduct basic usability reviews and identify areas for UX improvement.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

Review implemented designs and provide feedback to ensure alignment with design intent.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
​

3+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX thinking for web and mobile products.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability standards.

Experience designing responsive layouts for different screen sizes.

Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale.

Experience working closely with developers in an agile environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience designing for React or React Native applications.

Basic understanding of frontend constraints and implementation.
