Role Overview: As an HR Specialist/HRBP, you’ll partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent; own people ops programs; and help shape a scalable, positive culture. Suitable for someone who enjoys building processes, empathetic problem-solving, and influencing at strategic and hands-on levels.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: define roles, craft job descriptions, source diverse candidates, lead interviews, coordinate assessments, and smooth onboarding.

Employee Experience & Culture: design engagement, recognition, and wellness programs; manage performance, growth, and learning initiatives.

People Operations & Compliance: maintain HR data/HRIS, generate reports, and ensure local labour law and policy compliance.

Total Rewards & Development: assist with compensation benchmarking, benefits, incentives; support career pathing and leadership development.

People Analytics & Projects: analyse data to inform strategy; lead HR projects (policies, DEI, remote/hybrid framework).

People Management: attendance, focus, time use, meetings, multitasking impact, professional conduct, safety, privacy, policy adherence, performance, culture.

Qualifications
-
3+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience, preferably in tech/media.
-
Proven recruitment, onboarding, and employee development success.

Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

Knowledge of local labour laws and best practices.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Strong problem-solving, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
